We began serving Charlottesville with French and Virginia-inspired cooking at our restaurant, l’etoile, in 1993. Our catering business grew out of that experience, and out of our desire to take part in the celebrations, the rituals, and the ceremonies of people throughout the Central Virginia community. Catering allows us to reach, care for, and serve a larger audience, and to customize consistently excellent culinary experiences for our clients. We have a history of procuring the finest, freshest ingredients for the meals we create and serve, and access to those ingredients through relationships we’ve cultivated for more than 20 years.

Delicious food!
Vickie and Mark are so amazing to work with! We did family style and it was the best decision so everyone can choose what they wanted and didn't have to get up from the table! The food was delicious!! We are still getting compliments on it! Their staff is top notch and so professional! Everything was just perfect!

We were so excited for L'etoile's catering after our menu tasting, and the team did not disappoint! Dozens of our guests have approached us raving about the food. Vickie and Mark did a wonderful job, and we couldn't be happier with their work. Would absolutely recommend!
