I’ve had the privilege of being a make-up artist for over a decade! It’s a pretty amazing job. I was trained by national make-up artist with Laura Mercier for her flawless face philosophy, and began the fabulous work with weddings in 2005.
I am happy to call Charlottesville my home, but have traveled to Canada, New York, Texas, and other wonderful states, working with my husband Eric Kelley and doing make-up for brides.
I am absolutely a boutique business, and I take a limited number of weddings a year to ensure that I have complete focus for each of my brides. Please email me if you’d like more information regarding the services I provide!

What I Offer
When you book Lora Elaine to do your make-up for your wedding day, you can have me for a trail run, day-of services, and make-up for your entire bridal party & mothers of the bride & groom. I can also provide a bridesmaid touch-up kit -- as you know they'll be tearing up!

I use all professional-grade products, including but not limited to Laura Mercier, La Prairie, Bobbie Brown, YSL, Chanel, Trish McEvoy, & more.
Pricing
My rates for professional services begin at $100. Because I receive almost 100 inquiries a year, I only book weddings that reserve my services for at least $500. Most of my brides expect to pay between $500 & $1,500 for partial or full party assistance.
