Your wedding day preparations are all easily accommodated in our lovely Gothic Revival style home. Dating back to 1846, this newly renovated historic landmark can accommodate approximately 30-40 guests in the spacious dining/living room, sitting room, and adjacent gourmet kitchen. Natural light floods the home year round. The oversize bathroom offers vanity seating and large mirrors; plenty of space for the bride and her attendants. Refreshments for the bridal party can be offered in the kitchen and the sitting room provides a wonderful place for the men to relax or for elderly family members to rest.

Our spectacular freestanding Library can be rented on its own or in conjunction with the Main House. Set amidst the beautiful grounds, the library accommodates approximately 32 guests for a seated dinner or slightly more for a standing reception. The high ceilings offer a sense of spaciousness while the reclaimed wood flooring and fireplace add warmth. The wrap-around porch offers extra seating and gathering space in the warmer months.

The historic chapel, a tiny jewel of a structure, is ideal for very intimate weddings or even a renewal of vows. Blenheim boasts of having the only vineyard chapel in the Charlottesville area. Flooded with natural light and equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom, it can be rented on its own or in conjunction with the Main House and/or Library. The chapel seats approximately 20-25 guests.

The couple desiring a larger wedding will find our lawns overlooking the vineyard to be spectacular. Rental of the entire farm includes the lawns; use of the1846 Main House and the light-filled library with wraparound porch. The historic chapel on the property is available for an additional fee. The lush lawns offer a multitude of tenting options. Reminiscent of a small village green, the lawns offer expansive views for your guests to enjoy and plenty of room to stroll around.

The Tasting Room at the winery is nothing short of spectacular. Tucked into the side of a hill overlooking the vineyards and hills beyond, the tasting room is an architectural gem. Filled with light from the abundant skylights and lined with antique reclaimed lumber, it’s truly a one-of-a-kind setting for your party or dinner. The Tasting Room offers glimpses into the Barrel Room below through a series of glass panels in the floor. A spacious attached deck offers a relaxing place to gather on a warm summer night. There is also a covered patio at the upper level of the Winery that can be rented in conjunction with the Tasting Room.Our Tasting Room can accommodate 40 guests for a seated event and 75 for a standing reception.
