DJ Tony Muzzin is the founder of Nor Cal Pro Sound. Tony has been deejaying weddings and private events for more than 12 years. As a professionally trained Master of Ceremonies, Tony can provide a professional and unobtrusive way of narrating your event. Additionally, in the MC role, he takes a proactive approach to coordinating with everyone involved with each special moment of your event. This ensures that no detail goes unnoticed or seems like an afterthought. Tony will handle mixing your playlist like a real nightclub DJ, which comes naturally since he has DJ'd for clubs in San Francisco. While using turntables, he has the ability to seamlessly mix from one song to the next without an awkward pause or simple fade. A packed dance floor and upbeat energy at your event is a priority! Tony puts his heart into each event and wants nothing more than the best experience possible for you and your guests. His main DJ set-up consists of two Numark V7 turntables, a Rane Empath mixer and Serato Itch playback software. He is also fluent with the use of Serato Scratch Live and Technics 1200 turntables, as well as the Numark NS6 midi controller.
DJ Stephanie Muzzin is Tony's wife and co-owner of Nor Cal Pro Sound. Stephanie is the main point of contact from initial inquiry and booking until your special day. She is always available to our clients for any questions or concerns, including planning assistance and scheduling consultations. Stephanie absolutely loves what she does, which will be evident from your first email or phone exchange with her. She is also a great DJ, her favorite playback software is Serato Itch and she has mastered the use of the Numark V7 midi control turntables.
There are a number of factors that will determine the cost of our services for your event:
- Number of required set-ups (i.e. ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, etc)
- Event date
- Event start/end time
- Venue location
- Anticipated guest count
- Optional projector and screen rental*
*For an additional fee, we can provide a projector and screen for your video or picture montage. This includes a powered speaker for any accompanying music or sound. Your laptop with your video montage will be required, we do not play DVDs.
