We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. We have 45 yachts in our fleet sailing from NY & NJ. They are ideal for groups of 12 to 1,200 guests. We appeal to the couple who is looking for something unique and festive, yet classy. We are definitely not cookie-cutter. You and your guests will enjoy dining, dancing, sightseeing and celebrating while sailing on the Hudson Harbor.
