The Moment is a 9-piece event band based in Houston, TX. We are an accomplished, experienced, and versatile group of musicians who love to perform at all events. Our experiences and eagerness to play are second to none. From weddings to private parties and corporate events, The Moment has you covered. We look forward to hearing from you.

So what makes us the best band in the Houston area? *First we are a band. What does that mean, of course you're a band? Well a lot of wedding bands are a group of musicians who have never met before. Yes they can play all the songs but there is zero chemistry on stage. We love playing together. *Second we love music. All genres. We will learn any song for your big day. *Third you work directly with the band. There is no third party, booking agent, manager or whoever. This allows us to keep our cost down to a reasonable amount and be able to answer any questions without any hesitation.

    Live bands are the difference between a great wedding and an unforgettable one, and The Moment is unforgettable! Two families are coming together at a wedding, and that really happens on the dance floor if you have the right band. The Moment brings tons of great energy, and an ability to connect with everyone in the room. They had everyone young and old clapping along, smiling and laughing, and best of all, I felt like they kept bringing it back to the bride and groom, keeping them at the center of the celebration, which you don't always see from other bands/ DJs at weddings. Really great musicians, but also really great wedding professionals, too. I highly recommend this band for your wedding!

    My wife and I recently hired The Moment for our wedding. One thing I wanted to do was stay away from the traditional DJ. I love live music. Yet finding a band proved to be more difficult that I imagined. The moment was recommended by a friend and they exceeded my expectations. My favorite part was the vast array of music genres. My wife likes pop and I like punk. They were very professional and the sound was great. I will be referring them to our friend’s future weddings
