Hi! I'm Elsa owner and baker of Abuelita's Flans. I've been baking these delicious homemade Cuban flan (baked custard) since I was 6 years old. So at this point I'm pretty much an expert! We have over 12 different flavors and planning to continue to expand our menu. We look forward to working closely with you and creating the dessert station of your dreams on your special day!

We create each and every dessert to fit our clients needs. Our dessert come in mini 4oz mason jars, where everyone can either enjoy dessert on your special day or take them home to enjoy after. Making people smile is what I love to do and it reassures me that I am doing something right

    True authentic flavor! The flan melts in your mouth. Elsa is super professional, and detailed oriented. We use her for our yearly work Christmas party, and everyone is truly obsessed with her flans! We truly recommend her!
