Elevenses Co is a project as imagined by barista and baker Jade Yelvington. While she's always enjoyed and greatly appreciated sweets, her love of baking took a little longer to manifest, but once it did there was no turning back. Jade's baking style is deeply influenced by her upbringing and rooted in a commitment to quality and scratch made desserts and cakes. If there's a true happy medium between nostalgic homemade desserts you might find in your grandma's kitchen, and odd flavor combinations that you don't see everywhere- that's where we'd like to be. Floating around in a world full of beautiful, tasty, slightly quirky treats.

With a pastry chef and cake decorator for a mom, I grew up working in the wedding industry. I've been a part of making wedding cakes for much longer than Elevenses has been a business, and I take a lot of pride in not just that - but in taking my years of work and knowledge and channelling it to create unique show pieces that are a marriage of my decorating style and your personality and dreams for your perfect, delicious, one of a kind wedding cake.

    Elevenses Co. was so perfectly amazing! When we sampled the cakes, we fought over who got the last bites. The cake was soooo delicious, it was soooo beautiful and it was soooooo soo perfect to work with Jade. I cannot recommend her more for your wedding cake. Ours came out better than I imagined and seemed to taste even better the day of the wedding. I told Jade what kind of cake I wanted when we first started communicating, she knew exactly what I was talking about and I felt completed trusting of her. Man, she really delivered. It was gorgeous, it was cover of a bridal magazine, front page of a cake website, should be at the TOP of Zola recommendations. I don't know how she does it, she uses magic? We are not sure, but book her for your wedding. She and her cakes are perfection. Thank you Jade!
