I want people to know that when they buy a cake or set of macarons from me, they can count on the fact that it will taste amazing. My attention to not just the way a cake looks, but also to how it tastes sets my work apart from others. To me, the most important thing about creating a cake is to make sure that it tastes great, because if it doesn’t taste good, what’s the point? I ensure that I bake quality sweets by using only the best ingredients like quality flour, Callebaut chocolate, and farm-fresh eggs. I also use professional boxes and provide printed serving and cutting directions with every cake.

    Have been to so many weddings recently where only a cutting cake is presented/served. Heather made a beautiful three tier cake that our guests raved about. Some even questioned if it was real. Bring the wedding cake back to weddings!!

    We told Heather about our vision for a Wyoming wedding with a "leather and lace" vibe. We gave her creative license on the wedding and groom's cake and she knocked it out of the park. Our guests were blown away by the beauty and splendor of her work. I don't intend on getting married again but I'm sure we'll be working with Heather on future birthday parties and other celebrations. We couldn't have picked a better cake designer.

    Heather was one of the easiest vendors we dealt with for our wedding. Her communication was prompt, clear, and informative and gave me great peace of mind when entrusting her with our wedding cake. She asked questions I hadn't even thought of to ensure the cake was perfect and everything went smoothly (cake height, option of extra layers, specific details of design, etc). Cake looked stunning and tasted even better! Highly suggest her apple cake with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream!

    Heather is a dream to work with. She communicates quickly and helps with any and all questions. Her work is the best. Our wedding cake was gorgeous and it tasted delicious. Heather worked with us on delivery which made everything so easy. We also had party favor macaroons and everyone loved those so much. We went with a Chantilly cake and I dream about it all the time! We can’t wait to have our first anniversary with a cake from Heather! She is the wedding cake and all celebration cake and macaroon go-to. Highly recommend her and her baking magic.
