Sweet Birch Bakery

My partner Betsy and I opened this bakery as one of our biggest dreams. We opened April 22nd 2021. And have done over 125 weddings. I've been a wedding cake decorator for over 11 years and nothing makes me happier then helping a couple make their special day perfect.

We are very reliable and in my 11 years of working on weddings have never had a complaint or an issue with the delivery or with the cake and desserts. We enjoy coming up with the perfect cake for the couple and making sure that it is exactly what they want down to every small detail.
