Our experience was really mixed with this catering company, generally leaning towards negative. The owner Lisa Smith was generally pretty communicative and quick to respond most of the time and was flexible with payment. However for the eventually-high price of the food for our wedding the quality of what was served was absolutely abysmal. After paying so much and believing that this was a very professional company the food was genuinely not good. Italian menu that we ordered was extremely bland, the pasta was literally all overcooked, and the chicken Parmesan was borderline inedible. Additionally several guests reported that Lisa was very very rude the day of while she was working with her staff and I also found her mannerisms to be very abrasive and entirely unprofessional, which got old very quickly. Her casual mannerisms were charming initially, to have someone who you maybe felt like you could be friends with be your caterer, but failing to provide receipts for payments in a timely manner and being extra abrasive made the experience difficult to say the least. Maybe it was just the menu that we chose, an Italian menu from a non-Italian caterer- but for nearly 5000 for 125 people, no matter what menu is chosen the food should at least be flavorful and desirable.
