JAM catering has been extremely helpful in our wedding menu planning and we are so happy we decided to go with this venue and catering company! The food that we tried at the general and private tastings were delicious and they have been extremely accommodating in helping us create a menu incorporating Indian and Asian dishes as we are having a multicultural wedding. Although the Indian and Asian options are somewhat more limited, being able to customize different stations has been very helpful. Truly looking forward to the delicious food on our wedding day!

The attention to detail is amazing. My fiance has food allergies and they accommodated the cake outside of their normal vegan options to make sure that we can both enjoy the cake on our wedding day. It’s the little things that leave the lasting impressions.

JAM is the catering and event company for our upcoming wedding at Waterloo Village in Stanhope NJ. We were lucky enough to attend both an open house and tasting for our wedding in the past few months and have been consistently impressed with the coordination of the staff and quality of food. JAM focuses on farm to table food, much of it grown on site or sourced locally. The food we’ve tried has been far and above what you’d expect from a typical wedding venue! Even the vegetarian entrees, which are too often an afterthought at weddings, were unique, delicious, and substantial! Our venue at Waterloo is picturesque, on a historic site surrounded by forest and canals with a rich history. As a couple conscious of our own environmental impact and that of the wedding industry, a huge selling point for us is that a portion of our venue costs are donated back to the Waterloo historic site by JAM to help with preservation! We are so looking forward to hosting our wedding later this year with JAM!
