Lady in the Wild showcases the culinary bounty of Colorado, with plates inspired by my own journey in food and beer. My relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and growers fill my rotating menu with the best ingredients of each season.
From the 1920s, campers have become synonymous with a sense of adventure and discovery for the everyday American. As an ode to my own adventure through the landscape of food, as well as the adventures I hope to now take with you, Lady in the Wild will call one of these iconic campers home.

Inspired by this outdoorsy couple based in the mountains of Colorado, this hut wedding was simple yet elevated. The wedding was set entirely outdoors with shared appetizers and a family style meal. Food was made seasonal and catered to the setting it took place in.
