Sapphire Lagoon Charcuterie was founded in 2020 during a time of social distancing and at the apex of learning how the “new normal” would impact our social lives. We then set out on a quest to find ways to bring people together in more intimate settings. This journey unveiled a deep passion for curating delicious displays using meat, cheese, and treats! Our charcuterie boards and boxes are the essence of easy entertaining. Elegantly stacked with cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, nuts, sweet treats and more.
