Bloom is a boutique salon in the heart of downtown De Pere, WI. We are a team of artists who specialize in bridal services, hair extensions & haircolor. We LOVE being a part of our client's special days by making them look and feel their absolute best! We offer both in-salon and on-location options and have a talented team so that even the largest of wedding parties can be accommodated for hair and makeup services. Since we also specialize in hair extensions, we can help you achieve the hair of your dreams whether it be just for your wedding day or for everyday!
