Owner

Nicole Palladini is a Long Island-born Makeup Artist + Hair Stylist. She has been in the beauty industry since 2013. Starting at Long Island Beauty School in Hauppauge, then attending Make-Up Designory in Manhattan. After working in salons in New York City and Long Island, she now runs her own business, Palla Beauty.

At Palla Beauty, our expertise lies in creating soft and natural beauty looks. Unlike the full glam makeup artists and hairstylists often seen on social media, we focus on enhancing our clients' natural beauty. While we appreciate dramatic transformations, our clients trust us to leave them feeling like a better version of themselves. If you prefer a more glamorous style, we may not be the right fit, but we're happy to arrange a trial session if you're interested. Remember, our services extend beyond weddings! This package starts at $1,150 with a savings of $150. Hair OR Makeup rate starts at $800 ($100 savings). PACKAGES ARE PRICED OUT FOR ONE BRIDE *If your wedding is over 165 miles, additional travel fees will be added **Hotel fees are not reflected in rate. This will be determined depending upon location of wedding. Hotel fee is mandatory for the "2 & 3 Day" package, can possibly be avoided for the "1 Day" package (depending on time we need to start hair and makeup).

The booking fee is a $100 fee that will reserve your date with us. It goes towards your final deposit, it is not an additional fee. However, once it is paid it cannot be refunded.

I either travel to my clients, my clients come to my apartment in Commack, NY, or I can rent a space for our trial. I recommend booking your trial no earlier than 6 months before your wedding. I find that booking your trial too early can result in wanting a second trial. With that said...you do you!! If you want to book your trial asap, I won't stop you. Hair and makeup trials are booked for 3hr, or 90min each. This gives us enough time to chat + try out different looks if necessary. If you're planning on wearing extensions, hair accessories, veil, etc. I recommend having them for the day of the trial.

We book our services as “Makeup” and “Hair” for one rate and for 45 minutes per service. You/your guests can choose what they would like to get done in that time. We do not offer lower prices for partial services like just eyes, blowouts, etc.

Each Guest service is booked for 45 minutes. Each service for the client getting married is booked for at least 60 minutes depending on the final look.

We want our clients to look like their most stunning selves. We want you to recognize yourself when you look back at your wedding photos 20 years from now. Our bridal work is on the natural side. If you want a more dramatic makeup look, we may not be for you. If you’re set on a dramatic look and still want to book us, let's book a trial first.

Our kits are always changing with the constant flow of product and brand launches in the beauty world. In our makeup kits, you can usually find a mix of everything from Danessa Myricks, Makeup Forever, Viseart, Face Atelier, Mac & more. In our hair kits, most of our products are Color Wow, IGK, & L'Oréal Pro. However this does vary from artist to artist.

Nope! You're more than welcome to book service a la carte. There is a booking minimum of four services or 1 package though.

Working with Nicole was exceptional start to finish. It wasn't just that she gave me the exact natural look that I was hoping for, or that my updo stayed in all night even with dancing and karaoke. It wasn't even that my cousin's hair, which has never held a curl in it's life was perfect until she showered the next day -- it was all that compounded with the fact that she was fun to hang out with while we were getting ready, helping make the whole day feel fun, relaxed and special from the get go. I can't recommend working with Nicole highly enough!

Reaching out to vendors and planning your own wedding can feel really intimidating at times, but Nicole was a sheer pleasure to work with from our initial email all the way through to the end. Nicole was always kind, accommodating, and understanding, so I never felt judged for any of my questions or requests. She seriously has the gentlest, most precise hands and is incredibly talented at both hair and makeup (but so humble and down to earth too!). My mom and I were lucky to have her on the wedding day, and both of us agreed we'd never felt more beautiful. Additionally, Nicole brought such a calm energy to the wedding day and was fun to chat with (which was so appreciated on the morning of such a busy/nerve wracking day). I was aiming for a "natural" look and thought the final result was better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you Nicole!

Nicole and her team were AMAZING! I used their services for my hair and then my bridesmaids make up and hair. Everyone was so happy with their final looks. I was honestly so impressed. They were also very professional and fun- we had a blast getting ready with them! Nicole sent me a timeline and they made sure we stuck to it the day of. She also sent a bunch of tips and was willing to work with whatever myself or bridesmaids wanted! Highly recommend!!
