Avisuals

Akiem has built a young and successful career as a content creator in the professional sports industry. He has worked with respectable brands including, USA Hockey, USA Soccer, NFL Flag, RISE and more. However, during 2020 COVID put a stop on sports, and that allowed him to discover a new passion- an undeniable love for wedding photography and videography “I want my clients to experience my love for creativity and storytelling through serving them on the most important day of their lives.”

I approach each wedding with a DESIRE to SERVE in telling stories or capturing the day. I believe that is what separates me from all others. It's never about me and what I do. It's always about YOU, the groom, and the bride. I love doing this so much and I'm better because of it.

    We were looking for a photographer on a short timeline- only a couple of weeks until the wedding. A'kiem was willing to work with us on the short timeline and was very fair with pricing! He was timely with his communication and was easy to get a hold of. He is talented in photographing in many different styles/vibes and catered the photos to the style we prefer. I would highly recommend working with him. We did not get to use his services for videography, but with the quality of photography he provided, I am sure his videography would also be fantastic. Highly recommend!

    My sister-in-law hired Akiem for our wedding photo as a gift for us. The experience was amazing. Not only he was very organized and thorough with the details, he even went to check out the places we are taking pictures beforehand. We were very lucky to work with someone like him that is both professional and passionate.

    Akiem was super friendly and patient with everyone and his pictures ended up amazing! He had some awesome ideas for the pictures in the snow that we are lucky enough to get to keep them forever! The wedding happened in a snowstorm and he still showed up much before the wedding, being that he was driving from Detroit to Grand Rapids. I absolutely reccomend him for your wedding or event if you want some maganize cover quality photos! Thanks Akiem!
