Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer

Photography had always been a love of mine but in 2020 I decided to quit my 9-5 job and start this full-time adventure! I am now a full-time wedding & lifestyle photographer & love every minute of it. Capturing special moments & delivering quality photos to clients is extremely rewarding, and I genuinely enjoy it. I currently live in Aptos but I also serve the surrounding areas of the Monterey Bay region and I am ready to travel wherever needed.

I am extremely personable & easy going. I strive to create a relationship with my clients & feel it is important for them to feel comfortable with me. When capturing something as important as a wedding day, it is important that I create a comfortable atmosphere for the couple & their family. I know first hand how awkward and weird it can feel to have a camera in your face. I provide my couples with prompts & promote movement for those fun candid shots & this also allows my clients to feel at ease throughout the day & night!

    I cannot explain how happy we are that Deanna shot our wedding celebration for us. She was so easy to work with, even when we changed our venue. We were able to customize our package to get exactly what we needed. Day-of exceeded all of our hopes! Deanna was so calm and patient, even with family members dispersing from photos. Our sneak peeks were delivered the very next morning (no idea how she did that so fast) and they were exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you for everything!!!

    Deanna was absolutely amazing! Before our wedding day, she had great communication and helped figure out our wedding timeline for the best photos and sunlight. She was so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable, but also super professional. We let her know ahead of time that photos were very important to us and that we wanted candid shots. She made it happen and the photos couldn’t have turned out better! We love every single one! We couldn’t recommend Deanna enough and she’ll make your special day perfect!

    Deanna photographed our engagement session at Pinecrest and wedding photos at the Pines Resort, and we totally recommend her! We contacted her after seeing her work and the great feedback from a previous couple. She was consistently communicative and punctual throughout the entire process. She would often check in with us and offered a range or resources from where to purchase great prints and organizing wedding day timeline. Deanna’s eye for detail is astounding and filled with creativity. Not only that, she took the effort to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied during our photo session.     Deanna did such an amazing job photographing our wedding and understanding the vision I wanted for my photos!
