Excellent Photographer!!! Loved working with Kendra! She communicated with us throughout the whole process and her images are stunning! On the day of our wedding, she had such a calm presence and made me and my husband feel comfortable and at ease. The only thing I would change, is that I should have booked her for longer. We had a small wedding party and short ceremony so I didn’t think I would need a photographer for more than 6hrs, but I wish I would have booked her to come earlier and capture more of the pre-wedding setup and family time. But her photos are beautiful, both the posed and the candid shots.

I highly recommend Kendra Smith for wedding photography! From the very beginning she was so helpful with the vision we had. She went above and beyond on our wedding day. I would say she made our wedding day go more smooth. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she's also down to earth and just a joy to be around. So many people complimented on how wonderful she was. There were some unexpected issues that popped up and even though she didn't have to she stepped in and helped contain the situation. Our wedding photos blew us away, everything we wanted and more! She captured our wedding and reception perfectly. Truly brought our vision to life! She even helped us with resizing a photo for our photobooth. Thank you Kendra! We are so grateful and will cherish these photos forever!

Kendra was amazing to work with! From the beginning, we knew she was the perfect photographer to capture our special day. She was very thorough with asking questions to make sure she understood our vision. She offered fantastic inspo suggestions that we never would have thought of. Working with her had us very relieved knowing that our photography was in good hands and one less thing we needed to stress about. The day of the wedding, she captured all of our special moments exactly how we envisioned. She has a lot of attention to detail, which was very evident when looking through our pictures. They turned out absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better photographer!

Kendra was a life saver the day of the wedding and she was running the show all by herself! Not only did she manage to keep everyone on task and on the time line but she captured beautiful shots of the whole day. I would have been lost without her direction that day and she had fun with it! She made friends with not only the bridal party but also our guests. I would highly recommend having her be a part of your special day, she will keep everyone calm and remind you to have fun!

The Surf Hotel

A film add-on is either by the roll = $125/roll or packaged by % of rolls added. This includes everything needed for authentic film photography - the cameras, film, post-processing fees, scanning, editing, and final delivery (I mail you the hard copies after everything is uploaded digitally). I learned to be a photographer on analog cameras with 35mm film. It is still my favorite medium to photograph with!

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

Yes! I offer a video that results in a 3-4 minute final edit with music of your choice

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Busy season, this can take 8-10 weeks. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a link to download high-resolution or web-sized image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

You can expect about 60 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. Numbers are more defined by package minimum.

In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. I will also be sure to return all forms of payment - including the deposit.

Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
