A & J Luxury Event Planning was Co-Founded by Allenia Marcelle and Julisa Nicholas. We’re more than just an event planning company. We consider ourselves the architects of creating unforgettable experiences and delivering top notch customer service. We are a full service wedding and event planning business that also offers event decor services. What sets us apart is our dedication to personalization, attention to details and our top-notch customer service skills. We believe that every event should be a unique reflection of our clients vision and desire.

How would you manage stress as the date of an event draws near? What do you do to stay calm?

To manage stress on the day of an event, we make technology our best friend by ensuring that our phones are fully charged and we have access to the internet. Use checklists to ensure that we don't miss any important details. Build a strong team that we can trust to get the work done. Manage our time effectively by knowing how to navigate and move on from difficult tasks, and to alternate between easy and difficult tasks to give ourselves time to recuperate after stressful periods. Be prepared for everything by having contingency plans in place for all possible emergencies.

Whats your retainer policy?

An initial 50% retainer and a signed contract must be secured prior to any services being performed. We also do offer payment plans !
