I dove head first into the wedding industry after planning my 2017 wedding on my own. I didn't feel that a coordinator was necessary for my wedding day since I had done the entire process myself. Unfortunately, I discovered how wrong I was when many small details I had planned were forgotten. After my wedding, I KNEW I had found my passion in helping others avoid the mistakes I had made. Wedding planning is STRESSFUL, but it doesn't have to be! I'd love to help guide you through the process so you can focus on what's important - marrying your best friend!

Description

For couples who need a bit more help with the planning process, our Partial Planning package provides consistent, monthly access to your Lead Planner and assistance in developing and executing your dream wedding design! We'll kick off with your wedding design within 1-2 months of booking and then transition into monthly meetings complete with to-dos and goal setting for the next meeting. This package also includes an extended, 60-day takeover!

Professional assistance from the moment you say "Yes!" all the way through to "I Do!" This package is designed for the couple who wants to give the reigns over to an expert. Think of us as your guide, we'll be there every step of the way! We'll be with you throughout the entire planning process. You're involved (because it should be what YOU want), but in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy being engaged while we take on the grunt work.

Our most basic planning package, including all things we know to be essential for a successful wedding day. We'll do a complete takeover at 30 days prior to the big day, tying up all loose ends and ensuring all details are accounted for. We'll take everything you've planned up until this point and turn it into a cohesive roadmap for your wedding day. On the wedding day, we'll coordinate all the moving parts and bring your plans to life!

    There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude towards Ali and all that she did for us throughout our wedding planning process and our wedding day. It all started when I toured our venue and she was the on site coordinator. She is literally one of the reasons why I booked our venue. She made me felt so welcome and supported from that very first encounter. When she told me she was leaving our venue to start her own wedding planning business, I didn't even think twice about booking her separately, because I KNEW that she was the planner and coordinator I wanted to work with. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. I was never ever afraid to reach out and ask for advice, questions, or just to share funny stories along the way. She always made me feel extremely comfortable, she always gave me her honest opinion, and she was not afraid to put her foot down for me so I wouldn't exceed my budget. She also found ways to make my last minute ideas come to life, that I will be forever grateful for -- she made me a BEAUTIFUL backdrop that she set up for cocktail hours so our guests could take photos and then moved it behind our sweetheart table for the reception... and she set up a champagne tower last minute for our entrance. Our wedding day, she went way past above and beyond for us and I could not be more grateful. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect and she even handled our bridal party perfectly (our rowdy chosen family)... :) I've said this her before, and I will say it again and again and again... Ali was born to do this. Her joy in creating and her love for her couple shows through in everything she does. She is just all around a bright light in what could have been a very stressful time, had I chosen to not book her. I would give her way more than 5 stars if I could.

    Ali was an absolute rockstar! From day one, she brought a ton of cool ideas to the table and made everything feel stress-free. When the weather threw us a curveball a week before the big day, she handled it like a pro. On the actual day, despite the rain, she worked some kind of magic. Seriously, almost everything got soaked, but you wouldn't have known it. She hustled to make it all perfect, and it was! She turned what could've been a disaster into a day we'll never forget. We're so lucky to have had her on our team. If you're looking for a wedding planner who's not just about the job but genuinely cares, she's the one! Highly, highly recommend.

    I don’t have words for how valuable Ali’s service was. I hired her for a Day of Coordination package but it’s so much more than what you think by just hearing the title. Ali thinks of literally everything all the time, she asks all the right questions, and is always one step ahead of the game. She is incredibly friendly yet professional and she made this process infinitely better for me. I went with so many of her preferred vendors making it a seamless experience for me and my fiancé/husband the day of. I was so grateful to find someone whose values aligned with mine and also someone who dedicated so much time to making sure the day went flawlessly. There is nothing quite like having someone there to direct the day (you are literally on such a timeline), while also making sure you eat, have drinks in your hand when needed, ask the venue to turn off the lights, etc. -- all the small things you don't think about until you're in it and they are happening. She is also so flexible and will do whatever it takes to bring your vision come to life, without judgment - even when that vision looks different than others. Her support and guidance on this process were invaluable. I would hire her over and over if I could.

    When my now wife and I started the wedding planning process, I was initially resistant to having a wedding planner/coordinator . After going through the process, I can honestly say the investment in AB Event Co. was some of the best dollars we spent on the whole wedding. Ali took care of all of the small details letting us and our guest just enjoy the night. She handled literally everything for us from a crying hungry child to wedding crashers. Thank you so much Ali for making our wedding day stress free and perfect.
