Carolyn made it a piece of cake to plan our wedding. My wife and I live in California and even with time zone differences and being unable to come visit the venue until the event, Carolyn made it simple with quick and clear communication. She made it all come together without feeling like a ton of effort and the day-of coordination was the best of all. We were "along for the ride" on wedding day and had an awesome time because we were free to focus on what mattered the most to us: our friends and family! Carolyn's behind-the-scenes efforts paid off wonderfully and I'd recommend her services to anyone in a similar situation.

Carolyn was a dream to work with for our wedding! We utilized her talents as a day of coordinator and it was honestly worth it times a million. We added on the rehearsal option which with a wedding party of 20 adults and 15(!!) kids was so so helpful. Day of, I had ZERO worries. I was able to fully enjoy our wedding and not be fielding questions or any issues! She was extremely professional, energetic and an amazing person to celebrate in our day with us. A simple google brought me to Carolyn, but it was fate! For being a type A bride, she offered endless support and reassurance and her timeline for day of was key in making sure everything was executed to perfection! Could not recommend CM Planning enough!

We hired Carolyn to help with day of setup. She was so easy to work with from start to finish. She did a wonderful job setting everything up and making it look perfect. It was such a relief to have Carolyn taking care of all the final details so that we could focus on photos and the reception. Highly recommend working with Carolyn for any of your wedding needs!
