    I was fooled by a couple good reviews, but should have done more research. Destify didn’t respond to my emails once they got my deposit. They didn’t have available rooms (even though every other site did) so my guests had to book elsewhere. Once you do they are quick to let you know that means you don’t qualify for the comps/benefits. My website went down the day my guests started receiving their save the date and I was told by Destify “ugh. Do you really need a website?”… I had to fight them on getting my website back up because guests wanted to book rooms. The week before my wedding they called to let me know that even though we had just had our review meeting (after not hearing from them for months) and confirmed everything, my room didn’t exist. I had booked on Destify and my room didn’t exist… I was downgraded and given money back (nothing says wedding like spending the week in two twin beds because Destify lost my room). They tried to sell it as an upgrade (two twin beds instead of one king bed) and money back. They went silent when I said I knew it was a downgrade and they money back was money for the price difference, not them giving me extra like she was trying to play it off as. I wish I had read more reviews. Please do your research and don’t use Destify.

    I would do it all over again if I could! We had the best experience and they really took care of everything! Definitely recommend Destify for destination weddings. We planned our wedding in Mexico and Destify coordinated our rooms and flights so our large group could travel stress free. Between save the dates, our website and registry, the dashboard was so easy to navigate and helpful for all our guests to be on the same page. So grateful to have come across Destify.

    I am glad i went with Destify, I had no clue where to begin for my wedding and they were very helpful and the process was very easy for me and for my quests. I highly recommend them. Brandie, Andrew and Kelly were Fantastic!
