I work hard for each of my clients, helping them plan and host their upcoming event free of stress and with confidence. Whether planning a magnificent Wedding, an entertaining Corporate Event, or a get together or party that you want to be fabulous and run without a hitch get in touch to learn more about my services.

I am incredibly hard working and have a background in psychology and counseling so I am uniquely adept at handling difficult situations and keeping people calm. I am also 6'3 and can really handle anything that is thrown at me!

I customize to exactly what you need but all of my planning packages include day of coordinating. Full planning is the most hands on experience that I offer! I will help with pretty much every aspect of the planning and coordinating process!

Partial planning is my most popular package. It is a custom planning experience that I also like to call "Hand Holding" it is an unlimited communication situation from contract sign where I walk with you throughout the entire wedding planning experience! Day of coordinating is included in all of my planning packages

Day of coordination includes month out support, running the rehearsal and 10 hours day of coverage with at least a 2 person team. We help with time line creation, vendor communication, all decor set up and break down and dealing with any wedding day emergencies that might arise! Day of Coordinating is included in all of my planning packages

    Maddie was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator in the DC area. She was extremely professional and unflappable. Most importantly, she and her assistant took care of managing so many logistical details to make sure everything went smoothly, so that we could focus on enjoying the big day and being in the moment.

    I can’t say enough about Maddie and her team. Maddie did an excellent job keeping me organized and making sure my vision came to life. I was a little all over the place with knowing what I wanted and she helped to keep me focused throughout the process. The day of my wedding was perfect. I didn’t have a speck of stress because Maddie and her team executed flawlessly and helped to prevent any stressors. In addition to planning my wedding (which was a holiday) she planned by birthday brunch the day after. She created my vision board, recommended vendors, kept me organized and all I had to do was show up! There’s no way I would have been able to pull of a NYE wedding and a New Year’s Day brunch right after without her! I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our weekend special!

    Maddie and the crew at DMV weddings were amazing to work with. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding turned out, and we planned our wedding for over a year and put in a massive amount of effort on all fronts regarding logistics and vendors. Even with that advanced preparation, it would have been impossible to execute our wedding to expectations without a day-of coordinator. Maddie and team were the glue that kept everything together from start to finish on our wedding day. Maddie is the consummate professional, and has pretty much seen it all. With that experience, the communication in advance will give her an idea of how to best manage your wedding and make it a “dream come true” experience. Additionally, she is quite flexible as it pertains to achieving a desired outcome, and she put it strenuous efforts to ensure our ceremony was in good order at our church, and that everything was ready to go at the different reception location. My wife and I recommend having a day of coordinator in general, and once that decision has been made, we highly recommend using the services of DMV Weddings. Not only will they do an outstanding job, but they are comprised of great people who deeply care about your needs and will do whatever it takes to make your wedding the experience of a lifetime!
