Description

10 Face-to-face meetings, unlimited calls, and emails to discuss expectations and wishes for the wedding day. Create a vision board, budgets, and more. Creation of a detailed checklist and timeline. Locate, communicate, and execute final confirmation with everyone before the day of. Up to 12 hours on the day of. Deliver cards, gifts, guestbook & top layer of the wedding cake to the hotel room or venue storage. Final walkthrough & rehearsal.

We will discuss your timeline desires, expectations, and a breakdown of what the wedding day will look like. A timeline for the wedding day has been created and agreed upon. All vendors have been confirmed with their timelines & instructions. We schedule a meeting to gather any essential decor items needed for the setup and we will rehearse the ceremony with the wedding party. You have my services for 12 hours.
