One night, four sisters-in-law got together and shared their love for weddings. The idea of Four Belles Wedding & Event Services was created! Each one has had their own wedding, has been involved with family and friends’ weddings, and has a strong passion for weddings. They may not all have continued to be involved with Four Belles Wedding and Event Services, but the Belles on this team have all the passion and dedication it takes to ensure all the little details of your event are executed to perfection.

We take pride in the work and services we provide to each of our couples. We get to know them a little on a personal level and we feel that helps us bring their wedding to life. Coordinating a wedding isn't a job for us because we love every aspect of it. We work hard and our passion for weddings is shown at each of our weddings.

Belles of the Ball Package: - Frequent contact with coordinator - Coordinate vendor and follow-up throughout; - Specific errands and attendance at tastings and meetings as needed - Free rental of anything in our rental inventory - Everything included in our With Belles On package - Two "Belles" the day of

Kiss and Belle Package: - At least monthly contact with coordinator - Specific errands and attendance at tasting or meetings as needed - Connect with vendors and follow-up throughout, greet and help set up the day-of - Invitations/Programs – design, order, assemble, mail merge, and track RSVPs (Package doesn’t include cost of materials or printing) - Free rental of our inventory - Everything included in With Belles On package

Two packages: Saved by the Belle: - Two "Belles" on site up to 15 hours - Set up and tear down of ceremony/reception venues - Wedding detail packet - Distribute flowers - Coordinate bridal party - Set out dessert and/or late night snack/food - Distribute final payments - Rehearsal the day before up to 1 hour; With Belles On package for $1300: - Everything included in Saved by the Belle package plus up to 4 hours of set up the day before

    I had the chance to work with Michelle at a wedding this fall, and she blew me away with how on top of everything she was! Not only did she take amazing care of the bride, groom, family, and bridal party, but she was quick to help me as one of the photographers any time something came up. She even made sure to set aside a hot dinner for me when the night got crazy so that I could eventually have something to eat (and she managed to keep it warm for me too!). Michelle is organized, positive, and easy to work with, and I hope we will have the chance to work together again soon!

    We worked with Michelle for Day of Coordination for our wedding in June 2022 and she was excellent. Michelle quickly acquainted herself with our plan for our wedding day and our vendors and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She had a great balance of asking our opinion and respecting our wishes while also taking care of so many things without bothering us. We cannot recommend Four Belles highly enough! Thank you!

    As a wedding photographer, it's so nice to have a wedding coordinator who is calmly behind the scenes making sure everything is running smoothly for the bride! The last wedding I worked with Four Belles had an unexpected issue that came up with how the venue was going to handle some unexpected weather and Jackie was literally the brides advocate so she didn't have to! All the while, Jackie was calm and kind. It's absolutely a joy to work with Four Belles!

    Working with Michelle from Four Belles Wedding & Event Services was a treat! They were already at the venue by the time I (the DJ & MC for the evening) arrived making sure all the decor was perfect. While I was getting setup and throughout cocktail hour I couldn't help but notice Michelle and her team were making sure that every detail was perfect and just the way the bride had envisioned. Then when it came to the part of the night where I began MC'ing and coordinating Grand Entrances Michelle was right there to offer help, in this case making sure timings for the couples Grand Entrance was spot on for me. And if she hadn't already gone above and beyond, Michelle came to see if I needed anything while I was playing for the Dance and brought me water. So whether you're a couple looking to book with Four Belles or another Vendor who has the pleasure of working with Michelle and her team, you will NOT be disappointed. The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall presence is exactly what you need on your day of.
