Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm a wedding planner and day-of coordinator with a passion for helping couples curate their dream wedding experience. For the last 7 years I've focused on planning and events, and I've found so much joy seeing each one come to life. My approach is centered around detailed organization, intentional design, hospitality, and fun! Wedding planning is an exciting time, and I focus on being a calm and supportive presence throughout the entire process. I love what I do and the couples I get to work with. I can't wait to get to know you and hear more about your wedding vision.
I put a big emphasis on hospitality and organization, so you feel like you have someone you can trust and rely on. I make sure you have someone who listens, advocates for your vision, and is there to support you through the entire process.

| Description | I work with each couple to create a customized plan so the process feels fun and easy. I help guide my clients and provide structure to the decision-making process, while still ensuring their vision for the day shines through. | During the last 4 weeks of planning, I start working with couples to build their timeline and schedule for the day, connect with vendors on logistics, build a room diagram, and help ensure all the final details are in place. I come on-site to manage the full day and help with decor setup, and can help run rehearsal, too. |

If you need help planning and executing any event and you want it to be amazing, hire Lauren Wilson. She is the absolute best. I know because I interviewed a lot of people before I settled on Lauren. And I’m so thankful we were able to work with her on our amazing wedding event. Be it a party or a wedding of any size, simple or complex, a barn event or at an elegant estate, Lauren is full of creative ideas to help you achieve your vision. She is resourceful, creative, caring, and thoughtful. Lauren is flexible to work with you in the way that works best for you. She is always two steps ahead in terms of her ideas and planning. Lauren is an absolute joy to work with and I can say with confidence that if you work with her, you will be getting the absolute best of the best! You will sigh with relief and jump for joy if you are able to work with Lauren Wilson.
The definition of above and beyond
You know those people you meet whose passion for their work shines through so completely? Or someone you have a brief interaction with, and you just know they’re an amazing friend? Lauren is both of these things. If you are fortunate enough to be reading this review before she is completely booked for the year, consider yourself very lucky. I’d describe myself to be a relatively organized and budget-conscious person. A month-of-coordinator was an expense that I initially hoped to avoid…. believe me when I say hiring Lauren was the best decision we made to ensure my husband and I and all of our loved ones enjoyed the day fully. She did so much for us that I honestly cannot list it all. This girl LOVES her job and is out there to make your day happen. She is somehow everywhere all at once - but not in-your-face at all. She is super responsive, so detailed, and somehow, makes every interaction lovely and relaxed while also being firm and getting the job done. She will go to bat for you, she will capture the hearts of your vendors and families, she will have you and your spouse talking about how wonderful she is after every meeting you have with her. Lauren is the best kind of person and I am honestly sad that our time working with her is done. She is about to blow up big time, and we couldn’t be happier for her. She is worth EVERY PENNY!
Absolutely Amazing
Lauren was by far and away the best thing that happened to our wedding planning process. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator as our venue required one, and she absolutely blew us away with everything she did. We had a 1 hour meeting with her every week for the six weeks leading up to the wedding day, so by the time we got to the day itself, we were confident she knew the details of our event inside and out. Lauren asked all the questions that we never would have thought of, and covered details that we definitely would have overlooked ourselves. She handled communication with our vendors, double checked all our contracts, and helped us navigate some last minute logistical challenges that were stressful for us. She is so calm, and so easy to work with. She helped with setup and breakdown of our decorations, and made sure our gifts and cards were all in a safe spot. During the wedding, she was always right there when I looked for her, and she was watching every detail to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We truly don’t have enough praise for Lauren. She is excellent at her job and will take so much stress off your shoulders, leaving you to find more joy in the planning process and the wedding itself.
Best coordinator out there
Lauren far exceeded our expectations of a wedding coordinator and we could not be happier with our experience with her. As a fairly organized couple, we were not sure how much help we would need from a day-of coordinator, but working with Lauren for the month leading up to our wedding was the best wedding expense we paid for. Lauren fully took over all of our vendor relationships and communications and helped us organize every last detail leading up to the big day. Lauren was so easy to work with, super responsive, knew exactly which questions to ask, and exuded confidence in a very pleasant way. It was so nice waking up on our wedding day fully trusting that Lauren would be there to handle everything that the day entailed. The day ran flawlessly and we attribute its perfection to Lauren!
