Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

No, when you book me to plan or manage your wedding day you get my full attention on the weekend of your wedding. It is my goal to create a wedding day environment for every client that allows them to take in and enjoy every moment on their wedding day while I handle all of the wedding management and BTS work for them.

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a package add on to plan and engagement party/shower or the rehearsal dinner. With this service, you provide the budget along with any design and menu requirements and we take it from there. This allows not only the couple, but also their families to enjoy the event and not worry about working as a host the entire time.

Can I hire you if I have already hired some of my vendors?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We’re happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your current vendors to ensure no detail is unaccounted for as your wedding vision comes to life. We also have a list of preferred vendors. So if there are vendors you’re still looking to contract, we’re happy to curate a list of potential options that match your budget, aesthetic, and personality.

What happens if I hire you for one package but realize I need more support?

You’re welcome to increase the level of support at any point and upgrade to a more comprehensive package if you realize that you require more assistance with the planning process. Just reach out and we will work with you on upgrading packages.

Question 5

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although we will also be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues arise. When it comes time for wedding week, we are all yours and will be with you for each event on wedding weekend.

From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. We will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.	This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date.	Day-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.
