Hi! I am Clemence the face behind The Perfect Pair Wedding :) I am born & raised in France, in the city of love Paris. During college I got the chance to do a semester abroad in San Diego, and met this really special, handsome, American guy... You see it coming? YES! After 3 years of long distance relationship, I finally married the love of my life. A little bit about The Perfect Pair Wedding... it is a San Diego based Wedding planning company, we plan & design weddings all over Southern California to bring to life our Perfect Pair's dreams.

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO? For the look of the groom's face when he sees his bride walking down the aisle. For the first dance, the parents dances, and the sweet touching toasts their relatives give (Yes, EVERYTIME, it tears me up). For the sparkle in my couples eyes, when seeing the final result after MONTHS of planning and dreaming about this moment. The happiness and the joy that emerges from my couples weddings, are my reason for working. All these precious moments are the reason I am a Wedding Planner, because I literally couldn’t and wouldn’t even dream of being anything else. I CANNOT wait to meet you & have you as my next Perfect Pair!

Description

For the busy couple who would like expert guidance from the start to finish.

For the couple that needs expert guidance with planning their wedding but would like to be more involved with the details of vendor communication and contracting. We will help with key components such as overall design direction, personalized vendor recommendations, budget guidance, and questions along the way.

For the couple that just need help with the design process. We source and manage the design vendors for you (rentals, florist, lighting, signage). Additional costs involved for vendor management on day of.

For the couple who has done all the wedding planning, but wants to be able to relax and enjoy every moment of their big day. Our assistance begins one to three months prior to the wedding date, and includes the creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams, as well as a site walkthrough to review the layout and all associated details.

    When we started wedding planning we weren’t sure if we would have any kind of wedding planner or coordinator but we are SO glad we decided to work with Clemence from The Perfect Pair Wedding!! We hired Clemence to be our day-of coordinator and we honestly couldn’t have gotten through the day without her and her wonderful assistant Emily! We spoke on the phone about working together and were immediately excited to work with her. Clemence is so sweet and fun to chat with, but also very straightforward which we knew we needed as we can both be a bit wishy washy when making decisions. In hiring a day-of coordinator, we thought we were getting just that, but really her work began much sooner. Upon hiring her, she sent us documents to help keep track of everything in the months leading up to the wedding so that when we were a month out, she could jump in full swing. Clemence is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning and she answered every question we had along the way with confidence and kindness knowing we were learning as we went. When we were unsure about decor, seating charts, you name it, she was happy to jump on a call and walk us through options. On top of everything, she was amazing at helping us stick to our budget - especially when it came to decor!! She is immensely organized and efficient and that was only proved further on the day of the wedding. She communicated with us and our vendors every step of the way so that on the day we were truly worry free. We are eternally grateful to Clemence and her assistant Emily for making our dream wedding come true. And on top of everything, the two of them are just lovely, sweet people. Who could ask for more? We could not recommend working with The Perfect Pair Wedding strongly enough!!

    I hired Clemence to help with the coordination of my son and daughters-in-law wedding. I hired her for the day of and then quickly switched to full service after getting to know her. The wedding was a destination wedding and was very hard and stressful for us to plan and keep track of every detail. Clemence was so supportive and helpful every step of the way without being too opinionated or pushy. She had our back and saved us time and money. The day of the wedding she not only was attentive to the bride and groom, but she also took such good care of our family and guests. She is so professional, fun and has a big heart! I have 3 kids and will use her for all weddings!

    Found A Perfect Pair on the knot and did an initial consultation with Clemence and she was a great selection for our wedding. She provided clear communication and set expectations for the kind of services we were requesting for. We meet multiple times throughout the planning process and Clemence was straight forward and listened to all our needs. She went out of her ways to accommodate our needs and we wouldn't be able to have had a successful wedding without her services. We highly recommend and would definitely use her again when we renew our vows!

    We had an incredibly difficult venue to work with, and we did a TON of early planning ourselves, but we had to have a wedding coordinator at least for the day-of, and we found Clemence and had her for a month-of coordinator. And boy was she worth every single penny, and then some. She was great in the weeks leading up to our big day, but she was absolutely instrumental on the day-of. She walked and ran with urgency, working to correct any and all venue/vendor items that were out of place, kept everyone on schedule, which, even for our small 25 person wedding, can still be like herding cats, and kept checking in on me and my husband to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Clemence for any and all weddings, you will NOT be disappointed!
