My name is Zaira Leo. I moved to Florida 15 years ago from Puerto Rico. Although I studied technical radiology, being involved in planning school events, galas, black tie affairs, and corporate events for the school as well as my husband’s company it was then that I fell in love with event planning! I wanted to make my client’s vision become a reality and, above all, to exceed their expectations!

A stylish event begins long before the guests arrive. It begins with masterful planning. First of all, I consider life to be about creating unforgettable moments that is why I made it my business, planning and coordinating events that bring people together, connect them and leave them with amazing experiences not just for them, but for all of your guest. Our role and priority are to create a beautiful stress-free event. Whatever you can imagine, we bring it vividly to life.

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Service Package.     If you are looking for a wedding planner that can create the wedding you envisioned for yourself, look no further!!! - You found her! Zaira Leo is the person to make your dream wedding come true. When I met with Zaira, I was already working with another wedding planner who was a lot more expensive and yet, so much less capable of understanding my vision or carrying it through. I was frustrated and exhausted! Additionally, it was during COVID! I was completely disheartened because given the circumstances, we had to postpone the wedding several times. - Zaira was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation. After our meeting, I fired our original planner and hired Zaira. She planned our wedding in less than a month as we decided on a very small, intimate wedding.
