The oldest recognized college in the state of Florida, the 80-acre campus features distinctive Spanish-Mediterranean architecture and was named the No. 1 Most Beautiful College Campus by The Princeton Review, 2015-2016, and one of the 50 Most Amazing College Campuses by The Best Colleges, 2011-14. Rollins offers a banquet hall and wedding chapel. The newly renovated campus is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardening areas and steeped in educational history. With two traditionally designed state-of-the-art facilities that are ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions, couples can create long-lasting memories that they and their guests will remember for many years to come.

Knowles Memorial Chapel

Thanks to its beauty and history, the Knowles Memorial Chapel is a popular wedding venue among the Rollins College community.

Built-in 1932 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Knowles Memorial Chapel provides a picturesque setting in a venue that exudes class and precise elegance. The Chapel features breathtaking stained-glass above the altar, incredibly detailed high-ceilings, a large organ, and more. The neutral colored pillars and wooden altar area embraces a religious atmosphere while creating a bright space that allows couples to decorate the chapel to best suit their style and chosen theme color.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married at. Their chapel is absolutely gorgeous. I’m catholic so that for me was extremely special. The reception space being right next to it was also so perfect. On top of it, they also being the catering company was absolutely perfect and easy to work with. Christina and Jazmine are the best human being ever. I miss working with them now that the wedding planning is over. All of their team is awesome. I loved every second of the planning and of my wedding so much. Everything looked great, they are very professional. Amazing, amazing people!!!

    1885 Events was great to work with and provided us 5 star service! They communicated effectively, quickly and were so kind along the way! They catered to all of our needs, requests and were also easy to work with. They were definitely our top vendor for our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone. To know that they had it all handled, was a breath of fresh air. We could relax and enjoy our day knowing that they were in control. Thank you for making our special day a success!

    Rollins College is a wonderful place to get married. Knowles Chapel is unique and beautiful. It's definitely one of the prettiest church venues in Central Florida! The natural light is great and large enough for almost any amount of guests. Rice Family Pavilion is a photographer's dream, with the arched decorative white ceilings and plenty of size and natural light. The cocktail hour is also wonderful and comfortable for your guests. Rollins College offers numerous photo spots for bride & grooms, as well as wedding parties of any size. The staff of 1885 Events is kind and efficient. They will make all of your wedding dreams come true. We highly recommend 1885 Events and Rollins College!
