About this venue

Welcome to 48 Fields! We are a century-old Leesburg VA barn wedding venue and farm cidery set in the heart of Northern Virginia’s wine country that is available for weddings, elopements, and photo shoots. The property offers several indoor and outdoor possibilities, including our main dairy barn has been renovated to accommodate modern amenities. The lower level is white and bright, while the upper level is known for its rich woven wood cathedral ceiling where there are no posts or beams to limit your use of the space. The ceremony lawn and cocktail area are in adjacent locations ready to host your guests. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. Our property is a peaceful and private estate that will provide a beautiful and natural setting for your wedding day! We invite you to make an appointment to see the property. Upper Barn

A warm and welcoming reception space that will impress your guests

The upper level of the main is our flagship space with a literal "wow" factor that will impress your guests. We can seat up to 125 guests including space for a dance floor. We offer a choice of either round and rectangular tables in this climatic controlled space. Adjoining the reception room are additional areas for buffet tables, bar, indoor restrooms, catering prep space, and an elevator. Cue up the music and let's get the party started!

Our property provides a casual setting along with several inclusive services to provide a stress-free planning experience that is small, intimate, and focused on you. Please note elopements are not available on Saturday dates or holiday weekends.

    48 Fields is a beautiful venue that has everything you need for a seamless celebration! All of the spaces are unique and timeless. My couple had both sun and rain on their wedding day, and 48 Fields was able to quickly adjust to the rain plan for ceremony and cocktail hour, and everything was still perfect for their celebration! And the portrait locations onsite are so gorgeous! The onsite team is kind, professional, and so organized, and help ensure your entire vendor team can work seamlessly onsite. I highly recommend 48 Fields!
