About this venue

An affordable wedding venue located just 30 minutes south of Dallas. Our 10-acre, secluded, whimsical, wooded retreat offers a non-traditional venue with lush greenery, hundreds of mature trees, and tons of string lights, providing a modern rustic feel. Our space is pre-decorated with multiple ceremony backdrops, a hanging white floral dance floor, white drapes, and a photo wall (all included)! Perfect for those seeking a venue that is boho, dark romantic, or a forest setting for an intimate wedding. We even have resident wedding llamas and a beer burro to keep things fun and light-hearted! End the night with our convenient on-site lodging for your wedding party or guests!

    My husband and I got married on 3/18/2024, and we had an amazing experience! We utilized multiple add-ons, and they were all amazing The decor package made our wedding to-do list significantly shorter, and they made sure to utilize our wedding colors consistently throughout the venue. Brianne was our day-of coordinator. We originally met with Taylor to be our coordinator, but this changed prior to the wedding itself. Even with this change, Brianne really stepped up to the plate and was super easy to work with! She made the entire wedding go smoothly (e.g., we never even saw the caterer because she handled that), and even made a cute video of the wedding which I will hold onto forever. We also utilized the s’mores bar and the yard games, which were both a success. We accidentally bought sparklers instead of with Arrowwood, but they were super nice and still made sure there was someone on site to ensure the sparkler send-off ran smoothly. We also stayed at their Elmwood site with our wedding party, which was a great distance from the venue and super nice! Overall, 5/5 experience! We definitely recommend!

    From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding moment. We then got to experience Taylor, Byron, and Mallory who were all absolutely amazing! Byron did both our engagement photo shoot and our wedding photos. He made everyone feel at ease and we were gifted with the most beautiful photos out of it. Along with him, we had Mallory as our day of coordinator. She’s an excellent listener and helped me to make the day as beautiful as I wanted it to be. Although I’m sad our wedding is over, I would do it all again just to experience this group.

    We had spent several months trying to find the right venue. And we’re so glad that we chose Arrowwood. Their transparency in pricing and contact-ability really helped us cross the finish line when planning, and through day-of. Byron and Taylor are very flexible and helped us find a ton of options to fill in vendors and possibilities for our wedding. We can’t thank them enough!
