BLDG 17 CLE in Cleveland, OH, is a unique and modern event venue like no other - We are located just south of Lake Erie in the heart of the Cleveland warehouse district. We offer an expansive 15,000 square foot open space with a contemporary vibe. With the ability to support varied and flexible layouts, our facility is ideal for a wide range of events, including; weddings, holiday parties, trade shows, gala dinners, charity fundraisers, college or corporate meetings, small private dinners, and large open community events. This flexibility has allowed our space to successfully host arts and craft shows, national touring exhibitions, trade conventions, video and photography shoots, fashion shows, and concerts both large and small.

      BLDG 17 is a 15,000 square foot event venue located in Cleveland, OH. Our facility includes a 3,000 square foot suite with a private restroom, additional event restrooms, private parking for up to 400 vehicles, a private and public entrance, security cameras, and so much more. The private entrance includes a freight entrance, elevator, and loading dock, ideal for catering trucks or trucks containing music or video equipment, furniture, or any other items needed for your event.
