Carl House is an elegant, historic, Southern home, which was remodeled and in 2003 opened as an all occasion event venue. Carl House has lavishly appointed interiors and a dramatic grand ballroom with a classic curved staircase. The exterior landscape of the home includes an exquisite gazebo, picture perfect pergola, beautiful waterfall feature, covered porches, and lush private gardens. Designed as an all inclusive venue, Carl House offers many amenities including in-house culinary and floral design services, wedding direction, rental items, Mirror Me, and more.

Yes, our venue is ADA accessible.
220 for a ballroom sit down dinner. Additional seating for up to 60 guests is available in our covered porches. We prefer to seat everyone for a buffet. We can accommodate 135 for a plated meal. Seating varies depending upon whether or not you choose to have a dance floor, buffet placement and various other factors. Our Wedding Specialist will guide you through all the details.
Yes, and much more. We have a full list of rentals available to our clients including unity candles, shepherd’s hooks, ceremony trellis, easels, chalk boards for your signature signage, a podium, additional tables, chairs, linens and much more. Just let us know what you need and we’ll arrange it for you.
Certainly! You must use our in-house catering and we ask that you use our in-house florist. We have a tried and true list of Preferred Wedding Professionals, but you are more than welcome to bring in Vendors (Wedding Professionals) that you feel will help fulfill the vision you have for your special day.
