Fox Meadow Barn is the the only event venue in Winchester, VA that will offer year round event rentals gatherings with climate control and plumbing amenities and the ability to be in an secluded field in the rustic atmosphere of a barn with exclusively your friends and family. Couples will have the luxury of a hotel, Walmart, Sheetz, 7-11, historic downtown Winchester which are all within a 2 mile radius. Services include, but are not limited to, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, work retreats, and essentially any gathering of people.     I had my wedding reception at Fox Meadow Barn and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I reached out to Dixie, the owner and manager, I knew I had made the right choice. She was so easy to work with and always responded quickly to all my questions. Not only that, she provided resources to help me find vendors for all the services I needed. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients! The venue itself was beautiful and so well maintained. We especially loved the covered patio for our guests to enjoy cocktail hour and a break from the dancefloor. On top of that, the cows on the neighboring farm even seemed to want to join in the wedding celebration and came as close to the barn as possible. It was so cute and made for the perfect backdrop for our pictures. I would give Fox Meadow Barn 5 stars for their amazing service and beautiful venue. I am so happy I chose them for my wedding and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue!

    We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Fox Meadow, and couldn’t be happier! The venue is gorgeous, with a perfect balance of class and rustic charm to fit our vision. The property is well maintained, and we were very pleased with the amenities. I loved that I could decorate simply and let the venue’s built in beauty shine! Dixie is a joy to work with, allowing us many opportunities to visit the venue ahead of the big day, and offering numerous resources and references, to vendors, insurance, etc. The property has a lovely, private atmosphere, but is close to town for last minute errands. We are so happy we chose this venue for our big day!

    This venue was undeniably a beautiful venue, although I wanted to walk down the isle outside, the inside turned out more beautiful than I imagined. Dixie was so easy to work with & so organized, she made our wedding experience a breeze. We definitely will recommend her to anyone.

    Fox Meadow Barns is not only a wonderful venue but it has some beautiful views. Tucked in right down the street from town in Winchester it is easy for all your guests to find. The venue has a modern rustic feel perfect for any occasion. Dixie is a sweetheart and will go above and beyond for you. She answers all of your questions and will be with you every step of the way.
