About this venue
Historic White Oak Farm is family owned and operated. Raised in the city, we always felt a tug in the direction of wide open spaces and envisioned ourselves as first-generation farmers. After choosing to take a huge leap of faith we are chasing our dreams & seeking a slower-paced and intentional lifestyle that we can share with others. We welcome you to our Farm, the perfect setting for your special day or event. We take pride in our home and provide a haven for visitors to relax and enjoy.

We are happy to host your bridal party, the bride and groom, or a small group of up to 8 people in our Cottage House. We offer weekend wedding packages where you can rent the venue and Cottage House from Friday to Sunday and extend your celebration! Please contact us for more information and to arrange your stay.
We are happy to accommodate events with up to 200 guests.
Yes, we have an allocated area that can accommodate for your guests' parking as well as parking attendants to assist.
Yes! We are happy to have your pets join you for your special day. We just ask that they are kept close by and on a leash.

As we are an outdoor venue, we do not host weddings from November through April and we do not book July either.
Yes, we offer a BYOB package where we provide two bartenders for a 5 hour reception as well as bar amenities such as plastic cups, ice, napkins and bar utensils and you just bring your alcohol/ non alcoholic drinks. Our BYOB package is priced at $750.00 and is optional.
Yes, we do have onsite parking and parking attendants on to acclimate your guests to the venue. We also have 2 golf carts that are included for the bridal party and any guests with mobility issues.
As an outdoor venue, we operate from a tented reception space- our venue does not have a reception facility. However, we do have a ramp for access into the tent and the ability to source out handicapped accessible restroom facilities if need be.
40 x 100 High peak pole tent with weatherized options/ heat availability/ fans, black string lighting and wagon wheel chandelier Ivory or white table cloths Round tables, wooden cross back chairs accent wooden farmhouse tables & more Vintage glass functional oil lamps for centerpieces Luxury mobile restroom trailer maintained by our staff White Oak Staff to set up chairs and tables and any venue provided decor 14 hours exclusive access to the farm with a complimentary additional 1 hour for clean up Dedicated cozy bridal cottage and rustic grooms suite with a billiard table to get ready in Onsite rehearsal Outdoor fire pit & management
Your reservation includes access to the venue beginning at 9:00 am through 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We include a complementary 1 hour clean up from 11:00 pm- 12:00 am. For our Sunday rentals access to the farm begins at 9:00 am and event ends at 10:00 pm with a complementary 1 hour clean up through 11:00 pm. We also include a 1 hour rehearsal on the Thursday prior to your wedding.
The initial booking retainer of 50% of the venue fee is non refundable. However, we do offer refunds on payments made thereafter are dependent on how far in advance cancellations are made. Our cancellation policy is outlined in detail in our contract.
Yes, we do require day of insurance which ranges between $150- 300 but we offer insurance agent resources to make obtaining it as easy as we can. However, we do also hold our own insurance on the venue as well.
