About this venue

We do Farm I do's!! We love making your day special!! We are a family owned century farm and offer a vintage/ rustic/ romantic barn/farm setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony & reception up to 300 guests. We can set up a wedding ceremony at multiple locations on the property with plenty of parking. Tented receptions up to 300 guests are permitted on the property. We also have a historic century barn that is renovated and holds up to 200 guests with additional patio seating. We are located about 10 miles west of Toledo Ohio. Our specialty is our rehearsal/ wedding ceremony value package. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. Brides love staying at the farmhouse with their bridesmaids to prepare together for the wedding day. We are located on 10.5 acres with woods, barns, a pond, and rustic accents so there are many great photo opportunities!

Our Century-Old Historic Farmhouse Cottage is a perfect country farm getaway with 10.5 acres, barns, trees, a pond, trails, flower beds, chickens, ducks, and rustic accents. Our mission is to preserve our farm homestead so that generations to come can enjoy the experience of farm life that our ancestors so diligently invested their work & time into.

    Our experience with Koelsch Farm Homestead was everything we could've wanted and more! They were extremely professional and quick to respond. Their amenities were wonderful and everything about the property was almost perfect.
