San Juan Capistrano is centrally located in South Orange County, between Los Angeles and San Diego counties. San Juan Hills Golf Club offers sweeping vistas, large event spaces, sparkling patios and lush foliage, as well as a full range of services for any event. Yes wine is permitted, we charge a corkage fee of $15 per 750ml bottle. All other liquor and beer must be purchased from San Juan Hills.

Set up, clean up, dance floor, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, cloth napkins (20 colors), and floor length linens (50 colors)

Ceremony is 45 minutes. Your reception reservation includes five hours from start to finish. You will have a minimum of two hours for set up. Any additional event time will be billed at $600 per hour. Additional set-up time will be billed at $150 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, your could be billed you the full amount of all estimated charges.

No, our venue is fully insured. However, we do recommend additional Event Insurance to cover any possibility of liability you, your guests, or vendors could incur.
