Swan Lake Event Center is a campus-style venue in Powell, Ohio that offers the perfect location for spectacular wedding ceremonies and receptions. The magnificent setting is nestled on 20 wooded acres, including a 3-acre lake and featuring 4 outdoor ceremony locations. The Main Hall boasts an abundance of natural light, neutral color palette, an attached partially-covered terrace and more! Nearby, the spacious Parlors can be used as private bridal suites for you and your loved ones to relax and get ready for the big day!

The Main Hall

Host your large wedding or event in the Main Hall.

Featuring a cathedral barrel-vaulted ceiling, mezzanine balcony overlooking the main floor, exquisite and customizable lighting, charming fireplace, full kitchen, and huge exterior folding glass doors that open onto the partially covered terrace! It is positioned overlooking a 3-acre lake and the wooded backdrop of the surrounding acreage. Seen from the terrace is also a full trail encircling the lake, fountain and waterfall near the entrance.

Access to our entire 20-acre property for photos and guest enjoyment, The Main Hall and partially covered terrace, 8 hours of rental time, tables and chairs (including set-up and tear-down of both), spacious dance floor with large windows that look out over the lake, gas fireplace and firepit, security, customizable lighting, on-site parking, WiFi, Events Team for pre-planning and Day-Of Venue Coordinator, Willow and Maple Parlors (all day access!)

Description

This package is in addition to the purchase of a Wedding Reception Package. It includes: ceremony chairs (plus set-up and tear-down), 2 additional hours of rental time, ceremony sign, and golf cart transportation upon request.

Description

Cost is per person. Package includes: a 5-hour open bar, bartenders, disposable barware, and a fresh bar set-up. Guests under 21 are $10 per person and have access to non-alcoholic beverages.

    Swan Lake was AMAZING!! The (multiple) ceremony locations, reception hall, suites and grounds are stunning and perfect for all wedding pictures. We worked with Bailey and she was incredible!

    We got married at Swan Lake on 9/2. We had a great experience working with them. They were always very prompt in responding to our emails and had great communication with us the month leading up to the big day. When it came down to it they knew exactly what we wanted and our day of coordinator, Libby, was fantastic. She asked us as well as our parents and bridal party several times throughout the day if there was anything we needed. Overall, we were so impressed and so thankful we chose them because it was truly the best day.

    Swan Lake Event Center is a pleasure and joy to work with. As an event planner, not only do we enjoy working with beautiful venues, but venues with quality staff as well. Swan Lake has a lovely setting, with lots of different ceremony options. Their staff is tremendous with their communication, which to me, is one of the most important aspects to a wedding vendor. They are flexible, competent, kind and take couples wedding days very seriously!
