The Barn At Madison is a one of kind wedding and reception destination in southwestern Pennsylvania known for providing a 3-day wedding experience to make memories of a lifetime in a low stress environment. Originally a dairy barn in 1799, this Madison venue is the perfect combination of classic elegance and rustic charm. Air conditioned & Heated. Whether your feel is Vintage, Rustic, Shabby Chic, Bohemian, or Modern Elegance, The Barn at Madison is a blank slate to be creative and personalize the space. Enjoy full use of both event floors, balcony, and grounds on event day (with access on Friday to decorate as part of your 3-day rental). We have a wonderful list of Approved Vendors that you will choose from for your Caterer & Bartender! We also have a list of Preferred Vendors for additional vendor services that we cannot recommend enough! Chiavari chairs and tables included in rental. Rehearsal Dinner can be on site with weekend package.

We have one rate throughout our wedding season, no surprises for peak season months! Keep in mind that September & October book up approximates 2 years in advance.
Yes, BYOB is a great cost savings, you will just need to hire an insured, RAMP certified bartender to serve all alcohol (bartender must be selected from our approved list of vendors).
Yes, we have field parking lots for up to (80) cars on a first come first serve basis. We have (4) designated handicap parking spaces. Parking assistance is provided by our staff approximately 45 minutes prior to the ceremony to guide guests to parking.
Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Both event floors have ground level, exterior access & accessible restrooms.
Yes, as the event hosts, you will need to obtain "Host Liquor Liability Insurance" which is easily obtained! This is different from the insurance policy that your bartender must hold. We are happy to provide website references for where to get your policy.
We have a single rate throughout the year, no surprises! Our wedding season runs from April - December of each year.
3-day Weekend Package: Venue access from Friday - Sunday (Friday: 12pm - 9pm // Saturday: 8am - 10pm // Sunday: 8am-10am). We will have a staff member at your Friday night rehearsal to ensure your group is comfortable with the procession. Saturday staffed event to assist with guiding guests, wedding procession, set up/tear-down of tables & chairs, staffed reception to maintained stocked bathrooms, clean-ups where needed, and end of night clean up. A venue coordinator is included in your package who will meet with you ahead of your wedding and assist with vendor check-ins & set up as well as timeline management throughout your day!
For our Full Wedding Weekend Package, your stay begins on Friday at noon with check out being at Sunday at 10am. Saturday weddings typically begin at 3:00PM with alcohol service ending at 9:30pm, music ending at 9:45pm, and events ending by 10:00pm.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 10 months of your booked date, you may be liable for the full amount of all estimated charges unless we are able to rebook the date. It will be up to The Barn at Madison if funds may be transferred to a rescheduled event date.
