About this venue

The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and several other farm structures, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates 14 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

Our beautiful post-and-beam wedding barn venue blends with the original early 20th Century farm buildings and family home on the Edgemont property. The breezy, light-flooded Barns combine the comforts of a luxury retreat with stunning views of meadow, forest and farm, from every angle. A long red-roofed barbecue pavilion lies just outside the Barns, providing an outdoor cooking option, rain or shine . . . or snow! The space includes a fully equipped, light-drenched bar with outdoor access.

    We loved this venue! The staff was amazing and so helpful. We also used the inn for our wedding party and it was so beautiful and handy! It was exactly the setting and tone we were hoping for our reception. We had the best experience! It was affordable AND gorgeous. We loved how this venue looked and the flexibility we had to cater from the outside, decorate how we wanted, and also that they had dishes we could opt to rent! Our reception here was perfect, the staff was so helpful as I planned our wedding from Minnesota. I felt truly cared for and we had an amazing day of experience. It was a dream come true!
