About this venue

Located in the rolling hills in south central Pennsylvania, The Granary at Peach Glen offers a rustic and beautiful scene for any wedding celebrations. Views of the South Mountain Appalachian Ridge and surrounding apple orchards provide the perfect backdrop. Couples can use the many locations on the property to exchange vows including the original barn stone foundation. The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.

Here, you and your loved one can exchange vows with the mountain range in the backdrop while guests watch on in pure joy. Once you've tied the knot, the original stone barn foundations are a fitting location for any drinks reception. Complete with barn cocktail tables and chairs, you and your guests can mingle as the sun sets over the horizon.

Description

With out package, you have the option to work with your own vendors for catering and DJ's or we can assist with suggestions. Our venue offers a fully customizable experience. You choose your location on the property for your ceremony as well as the reception. The package includes the venue fee, tables, chairs, linens, and facilities. You have access to the property the entire weekend of your wedding from Thursday through Sunday. Included in our package is also a bridal and groomsmen suite.

    We just hosted our wedding here and it was the best decision we could have ever made. The Thomas’ go above and beyond to make your day special and you feel like you’re part of their family. They are truly incredible people. The venue itself is stunning and you can customize it however you want. We camped overnight after the reception with a few of our guests and had an incredible time. If you’re planning a wedding - take the time to visit and sit down with the Thomas’ - I’m sure you won’t regret it!
