Welcome to Touched by Time Weddings. We are delighted that you stopped by. Are you looking for the ideal location? Are you looking for a venue that is picturesque with rolling hills, beautiful trees, a pond with a fountain, a natural spring, & situated on 20 acres? Showcasing a climate controlled pavilion filled with chandeliers, a 120 yr old tobacco barn, bridal suite, grooms quarters & staff that will feel like family. Then look no further, here we are! Located in middle Tennessee. We have space & decor for large chic weddings. We also offer packages for small intimate weddings We have been in the wedding industry for 10 years. Blessed to help create weddings for literally 100's of couples with our rentals, styling, planning & coordinating. Now we get to take it one step further by adding Venue Owners to the list. Our goal is to make your day unique & special. We would love to work with you to bring your vision to life! We would be honored to help create the wedding of your dreams!

Yes you may bring in your alcohol. It must be served be a licensed bar tender. You may bring in your own bartender or you may use one of ours. We allow beer, wine and mixed signature drinks.
Yes we have ample parking with easy access and a parking attendant.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Each restroom has an additional larger stall with hand rails
Here at Touched by Time, you have access to the venue for the entire day. We open our doors at 8 am for the bridal party to begin getting ready. We request that the music be turned off by 10 pm. We also ask that all guests depart the property within one hour of the music ending.
Yes, we require day of insurance. We can send you links to several different companies to choose from. It is a very simple form to fill out online and usually runs between 125.00- 175.00
Rehearsal, WiFi, Setup & clean up. Includes trash & maintaining restrooms throughout the evening. We make sure everything is well stocked for your guests. Catering kitchen Farm tables, chairs/benches & cornhole Additional furniture Mr & Mrs table, 2 upholstered chairs or love seat & accessories. Lounge setup: couch, 2 chairs, coffee table, end tables & accessories. Welcome/water station, table and accessories. Dessert station: buffet or table. cake plates, trays, signs,decor Ceremony altar/backdrops we have several options to choose from We try and provide the items you will need so you won't have to rent or buy these things.
Yes, you may. We try to be very flexible and accommodating for our couples. Your bartender and caterer will need to be licensed. We do have really talented preferred vendors that we work with and would be happy to make you a customized vendor package. Or you can mix it up a bit if you like and use some of your vendors and some of ours. This day is about you and your guests.
We would love to chat with you about our contract and answer any questions you may have. There is a 25% non refundable retainer/deposit. You may make payments in between if you so choose with the balance being due 60 days prior to the event date.
Our venue is located about an hour southwest from Nashville International Airport, depending on traffic. We are right off the Natchez Trace Trail and close to Jackson Falls.
Yes, There are several Airbnbs in the area and we are happy to share those with you. Columbia Tennessee is the closest town to us if you prefer hotel accommodations.
We love to mix it up here. Every couple is different and has their own vision. So we have several options for you. Anywhere on the grounds you choose either indoors or outdoors. We have the climate controlled pavilion with several chandeliers, high tin ceilings and a large stone fireplace or there is our 120 year old rustic tobacco barn for your indoor options. Outside can be in front of the pond or up on a grassy hill. You may choose a field or the other side of the spring in front of some very large trees. Some even like outside with the barn as your backdrop. The choice is yours. We are here to bring your vision to life.
Yes, we do! We are actively booking for the 2024 and 2025 wedding seasons.
