Whispering Winds is a family owned, 10 acre event venue conveniently located in Muldrow, Oklahoma only minutes from Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our heated and cooled venue space offers a beautiful setting for weddings or events both indoors or outside.

This 5,000 square foot open event area offers beautiful stained concrete floors. It features multiple lighting options that includes dim-able lighting. Stereo and sound is available along with additional chairs and tables to accommodate your needs. From its awe-inspiring architecture to its unmatched versatility, our main hall is ready to transform your wedding day into an affair to remember.

The two day package includes: All areas of the grounds, 200 indoor chairs, 25 round tables, 6 rectangle 6′ tables, outdoor ceremony space, climate controlled indoor space, indoor speaker system, on site parking, 200 outdoor chairs, separate outdoor bar (not furnished), bridal & groom suite (weddings only), catering kitchen for warming and storing food, 2 indoor drink coolers, and 2 outdoor drink coolers.

Reservations are made by emailing, olivia@whisperingwindsvenue.com or calling/texting 479-790-8089. You can also message us on Facebook. Feel free to reach out to us for any questions! Complete and sign the contract with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance, refundable damage deposit, and insurance in place 60 days prior to the event date.

Yes, we have seating that can be moved outside as needed.

You can choose to bring your own alcohol to provide to your guests. No monies are to be exchanged as it must be an open bar provided by the wedding party. Guests are asked to be responsible and assume all liability associated with. You will also need a licensed bartender if you decide to serve anything other than beer or wine.

Event insurance is required. It typically costs around $175 and you can easily purchase it from wedsafe.com. Please reach out to us for more info and requirements.

We have a fully equipped kitchen to assist in storing or warming pre-made food. You must use a licensed and insured caterer. The kitchen is not for cooking meals. Additionally, we can provide you with a list of vendors that we have used in the past.
