Taylor and I watched dozens of sample videos from other videographers and once we saw Jimmy's, the others could not compare. It was Jimmy's work or no video! From the day we picked him, to the video being completed, the entire process has been seamless. He is an expert communicator and goes above and beyond for his clients. At the wedding he blended in with our surroundings. I believe that we looked comfortable in all of our shots because he is easy to be around. His "story telling" feature is very unique! He spoke with us ahead of time but captured genuine reactions on the wedding day with his specific questions. He is an example of someone understanding the assignment, knowing his clients and producing a video that far exceeded our expectations. A million thanks for a video that we will re-watch until the end of our days!

Before we reached out to Jimmy when we were looking for vendors, we were a little hesitant about getting a videographer because people we knew who did get videos of their big day, had very neutral feelings about the final products. However, after coming across Jimmy's portfolio, we found ourselves crying and laughing at videos of couples we'd never met before. That's when we were convinced that we wanted a videographer, and we wanted Jimmy for the job. Working with Jimmy was a fantastic experience! He joined us for a three-day wedding weekend in Hawaii, and an additional day in SF to film us with our dogs. All of our friends and family were so impressed at how he seemed to be everywhere, all at once, yet never felt he was in the way and if they weren't paying attention, wouldn't notice him and his second shooter! We already had high expectations based on Jimmy's previous work, but when he shared the final film with us, we were still blown away and probably watched it a hundred times already. In a couple of minutes we were able to relive one of the best days of our lives, and feel all the range of emotions like we did on the wedding day. The way Jimmy managed to put together the full story made our quiet, simple relationship feel like an epic movie! Our friends and family are also amazed by the final video and have nothing but high praise for Jimmy's fantastic work. If you're looking for a videographer - Jimmy will blow your expectations out of the water! He is 10000% worth it and will make a gorgeous film that will remind you of all the love you have for each other.

Watching his film brings me and my wife back to our wedding day every time we watch it. Jimmy has been super attentive to how we want our film to be like and I can not express enough amazement on how our video is exactly how we wanted. I got so many compliments from our friends and relatives from overseas who could not come to our wedding due to COVID. Yes! We offer a few different add-on films, which you can find on our services page. Our most popular add-ons include the “FOMO Reel”  and the “Ceremony Film.” The “FOMO Reel” includes every piece of footage we captured from your day. We’ll stabilize the videos and create a compilation film for you, so you don't have to navigate a file of shaky and/or duplicated clips. The “Ceremony Film” is a 15-30 minute recording of your ceremony.  

We’ll weave together the most meaningful, surprising, entertaining, and delightful moments of your day to craft a compelling narrative. You can request raw footage as an add-on to your order if you’d like to have the full recording.

Yes, we choose the music for a few different reasons. The number one reason is pacing. I choose music that matches the pace and narrative arc of your film. A mismatch between these elements can result in an awkward film that doesn’t properly communicate a single emotion or feels dated after a few years.   The second reason is that we have to license all the music we use to avoid copyright issues and/or lawsuits. Lastly, I'll choose music that matches the vibe of your wedding and the personalities of the attendees to create a timeless film you’ll be proud to rewatch for generations.

Not at all! Our films focus more on the people involved and the stories you share, so you don’t need to worry about expensive bouquets or venues. However you’ve chosen to spend your day will be enough to create a beautiful, memory-packed film.

Cheap and inexperienced videographers can certainly create “cringey” videos that you may regret investing in. It’s always important to feel a connection to a videographer’s work before deciding to have them capture your wedding. If you liked our portfolio pieces, you’ll absolutely be happy with what we create together.   Many of the couples we’ve worked with have told us that watching their wedding film has become an anniversary tradition. The same could be true for you!

I will help make sure you’re comfortable and confident throughout the entire filming process. we may step in to provide tips, but otherwise, you’ll hardly even notice we’re there. All you have to do is experience your day in all its magic. We’ll capture candid shots and genuine emotions that you’ll be happy to remember in the future.
