About this venue

The Biltmore Village Inn is a charming hilltop bed & breakfast offering views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and Swannanoa River Valley. We are the closest bed & breakfast to the historic Biltmore Estate and our property shares many special ties with the Estate beyond just our name. Located in a beautiful Queen Anne home built in 1892, our bed & breakfast was once the home of Samuel Reed, George Vanderbilt’s private attorney. We strive to preserve the unique history of the property while offering each guest the finest in modern luxuries. With its views, unbeatable location, and rich history, the Biltmore Village Inn is truly a hidden gem of Asheville and a the perfect setting for an elopement or intimate wedding.

While we book more weddings April-June and August-October and advise that you book early for those months in particular, the cost of our packages does not fluctuate with the seasons.

As we are primarily an outdoor venue, we book fewer events through the winter months. Many couples love a winter wedding, however, and we will accommodate a small indoor elopement. While we book more weddings April-June and August-October and advise that you book early for those months in particular, the cost of our packages does not fluctuate with the seasons.

We have onsite parking for up to 10-12 vehicles total and we encourage carpooling.

Booking fees and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel within 270 days of your event, the entire balance is due. We can issue a full/partial refund if we're able to rebook your date. Biltmore Village Inn is willing to reschedule your event date without penalty in the event the state of NC or Buncombe County requires our business to close due to COVID-19.

The intimate wedding package offered here at the Biltmore Village Inn includes locally crafted beer and wine. We discourage a full bar as the process is tedious and costly here in NC. Overnight guests are welcome to keep and enjoy what they like in their private rooms.
