We want you to love the music! We pride ourselves on knowing just what to play and when to play it. It isn't enough just to fill your dancefloor - we want you to love the music! Every song from the start of the day until you drive away together as a married couple can be tailored especially for you. Or, if you prefer, just leave it all up to us.

We had the MOST amazing experience with Emerald Empire Band! They did the strings for the ceremony, jazz band for cocktail hour, and an incredible 9 piece for the reception. The crowd LOVED them, and they were so easy to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough! The best day of our lives!

Emerald Empire band played at my cousins wedding and we knew we had to have them at ours as well. They were super accommodating and so easy to work with. They made sure to have all the instrumentalists we requested and went above and beyond to learn our special dance songs. We got compliments all night on how incredible they were!

This band was fantastic!! They played for my ceremony (guitarist), cocktail hour (three pieces), and reception (8 piece band). They were definitely the highlight of the night! They never said no to a single request we gave them - including playing a piece written by my own grandmother. I received so many compliments about their performance, and they kept everyone up and dancing all night. Our only issue with them is that they started our father/daughter dance song too quickly so we were thrown off, but no one seemed to notic!

Of course! We love to travel! We do charge extra for the time depending on the location and you’ll need to cover transportation and accommodation for all band members. Ask your producer for a quote based on the specifics of your event. PS–if it’s within a couple hours, that’s included within our basic package at no added charge.

Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.

We play a wide variety of music. From Top 40, to classics, to classical and jazz. You can get an idea of the musical styles you can choose from on our media page.

We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. It’s always important to have some freedom to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect.

Of course! Just make sure you give us enough notice of your special request so the band has time to learn your song.

The band can absolutely play during dinner, but we’d recommend using your sets when your guests are ready to stand up and get dancing. Our typical event reception includes 4 x 50-minute sets with short DJ sets between the band sets. If you would like a dinner set, please let us know ahead of time as we defer to playing after-dinner sets unless otherwise instructed.
