Simply Catering

Simply Catering is a family owned business serving all of Metro Atlanta. Led by Jet Ellis and Nicole Chapman, the mother-daughter duo work hard by listening to your needs and not only meeting, but exceeding all expectations. They make a great “pear!” Jet started her business in South Florida on December 1st of 1987 when her daughter, Nicole, was just 8 months old. Simply Catering’s initial concept was to provide quality service and superior food nationally for various large corporate events.

Our clients ranged from SEC Stadiums, the US Open, Saratoga, the Kentucky Derby, Sturgis, Phish and the Family Values Concert Tour, and NASCAR to name a few. Simply Catering was approached to cater a corporate client’s wedding in the summer of 1999. Little did we know how this would propel the business into the wedding world! Over the last 15 years, our business has expanded to include nearly 100 weddings a year and Simply Catering has never been more thrilled as to the direction the business is heading.
