Meredith Ciaburri-Rousseau, Owner/Head Pastry Chef Since the age of 10, Meredith Ciaburri-Rousseau has had a passion for baking that was originally inspired by her mother and grandmother. In 2006, Meredith opened The Artisan Bake Shop in Rochester, Massachusetts. Meredith has been creating elaborately decorated and absolutely delicious cakes, pastries, cupcakes and pastries featuring locally farmed eggs, fruits and dairy. Meredith’s sweets have been featured in local and National magazines and popular wedding websites.

    I have worked with Meredith and her team on numerous weddings and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would! She is hardworking, friendly and so talented. I love when a client tells me they are working with Meredith, because she gives each client a thorough form specifying what flowers and greenery she will need for the cake or dessert table, which makes my job so easy. I have also used Artisan Bakeshop for cakes and desserts for my own personal events and occasions and I have always been impressed by how delicious everything is.
